Delete your account

You can delete your Antrio account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Antrio and go to Profile (the last tab).
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm with Delete permanently.
You are signed out immediately and your account no longer exists.
What gets deleted
Everything linked to your account is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account, email address, display name and sign-in identity.
- Workouts, sets, personal records, training plans and routines.
- Food, water and supplement logs, nutrition plans.
- Body weight, measurements and sleep data (including sleep imported from Apple Health).
- Progress photos and photos sent in chat.
- Chat messages with your coach, and any coach–client link.
- AI coach consent and conversation history.
- Push notification tokens.
If you signed in with Apple, the Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked at the same time. Nothing is kept in a "deactivated" state — there is no recovery period.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Antrio Pro subscription, because subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. Cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions before or after deleting the account. Otherwise it renews until you cancel.
Before you delete
If you want a copy of your data first, use Profile → Privacy → Download my data in Antrio. You get a single JSON file with everything (photo links are valid for 24 hours).
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email info@incistudio.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Antrio account". We verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

Antrio hesabını uygulama içinden, bir dakikadan kısa sürede kendin silebilirsin. Silme anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Uygulama içinde
- Antrio'yu aç, Profil sekmesine gel (son sekme).
- Hesap bölümüne in, Hesabı sil'e dokun.
- Uyarıyı oku, Kalıcı olarak sil ile onayla.
Oturumun hemen kapanır, hesabın artık yoktur.
Neler silinir
Hesabına bağlı her şey sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak kaldırılır:
- Hesabın, e-postan, görünen adın ve giriş kimliğin.
- Antrenmanlar, setler, kişisel rekorlar, planlar ve rutinler.
- Yemek, su ve takviye kayıtları, beslenme planları.
- Kilo, vücut ölçüleri ve uyku verisi (Apple Health'ten aktarılanlar dahil).
- İlerleme fotoğrafları ve sohbette gönderilen fotoğraflar.
- Koçunla mesajların ve koç–danışan bağlantısı.
- AI koç rızası ve konuşma geçmişi.
- Bildirim tokenları.
Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Sign in with Apple yetkisi de aynı anda iptal edilir. Hiçbir şey "askıda" tutulmaz; kurtarma süresi yoktur.
Aboneliğin ayrıdır
Hesabı silmek aktif Antrio Pro aboneliğini iptal etmez; abonelik bizde değil Apple'da yönetilir. Hesabı silmeden önce ya da sonra iOS Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler'den iptal et. Aksi halde sen iptal edene dek yenilenir.
Silmeden önce
Verinin bir kopyasını istiyorsan önce uygulamada Profil → Gizlilik → Verilerimi indir'i kullan. Tüm verin tek bir JSON dosyası olarak gelir (fotoğraf bağlantıları 24 saat geçerlidir).
Uygulamaya erişemiyor musun?
Uygulama artık yoksa ya da giriş yapamıyorsan, hesabındaki e-posta adresinden info@incistudio.com adresine "Antrio hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğrular, 30 gün içinde hesabı siler ve e-postayla bildiririz.
